Dazu entnehmen wir Synoviozyten aus der Synovialmembran von Patienten mit RA und kultivieren sie in einer dreidimensionalen Umgebung. So k\u00f6nnen wir die Zellen (fibroblasten\u00e4hnliche Synoviozyten, FLS) und ihre Entz\u00fcndungssekrete (Zytokine, Chemokine) untersuchen und den Zell-Zell-Kontakt sowie die Gewebearchitektur erhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Methode erm\u00f6glicht es Forschern, die Synovitis bei rheumatoider Arthritis in vitro zu modellieren, das pathogene Verhalten von Fibroblasten-\u00e4hnlichen Synovialzellen (FLS) (wie aggressive Proliferation und Zytokinsekretion) zu analysieren und entz\u00fcndungshemmende Medikamente zu testen.
